The oldest raftsman Miha awaits you impatiently, from the early morning in the municipality of Muta, on the Cortina, directly at the river Drava, where the Corinthian rafters’ home is. Miha is happily working with wood, rafting Mademoiselles are preparing for the rafting trip and the raft master awaits you with the old raftman’s harmonica. Welcome to Corinthia! Together we sing some folk songs, watch how the lumberjack is mastering the art of woodworking and… »What are you waiting for? Let’s go…« says the oldest raftsman Miha and the unforgettable adventure on the river Drava begins.
But before you experience rafting on the river Drava, the oldest raftsman Miha takes you for a visit to the Baron Komet in the castle Bukovje. There you take the tour of the castle with the story about the baron, you visit the biodynamic garden and the old book store, and finish with the delicious Kometer slice and a drink. Next, raftsman Miha takes you to see the Rotunda (little church) Sv. Janeza Krstnika at Muta, which convinces with its unique architecture, roofing, and many peculiarities, that are rare in the broader European space. Then it is time for lunch at Gostilna pri Lipi, from where you take a short walk to waterfall Sedelnik and Ecological chapel, placed for protection of humans from dangers of the lake Sobota.
